Identifying, assessing, recording, and managing risks to the organisation's objectives, using a risk register and a defined risk appetite.
Levels
- 1. Awareness
You can:
- explain what a risk is and how to raise one
- 2. Working
You can:
- record and update risks for your area
- suggest controls and track actions
- 3. Practitioner
You can:
- run the risk process for a directorate or programme
- assess risks against the risk appetite and escalate them
- report on risks to committees
- 4. Expert
You can:
- design the organisation's risk management framework and appetite
- advise the board on strategic risks
