1. Awareness

You can:

• name the main health data exchange standards, such as HL7 FHIR

2. Working

You can:

• read and use FHIR resources, profiles, and APIs
• build or test simple integrations under guidance
• check messages against a specification

3. Practitioner

You can:

• design and build integrations using FHIR, HL7 version 2, and messaging patterns
• write and profile FHIR resources and implementation guides
• resolve complex mapping and data quality issues between systems

4. Expert

You can:

• set interoperability standards and strategy for the organisation
• lead national or cross-organisation standards work
• assure the design of critical integrations across many systems
