Pensaer menter
Mae penseiri menter yn rhoi golwg gydgysylltiedig i'r sefydliad o'i wasanaethau, ei wybodaeth, ei gymwysiadau, a'i dechnoleg, ac yn ei defnyddio i droi strategaeth iechyd a gofal yn gynllun newid cydlynus. Maen nhw'n gosod egwyddorion, safonau, a mapiau ffordd pensaernïaeth, yn arwain penderfyniadau buddsoddi, ac yn sicrhau bod newid digidol yn cefnogi gofal diogel a chydgysylltiedig i gleifion ar draws sefydliadau.

Mewn sefydliad gofal iechyd digidol
- Mae llwybrau gofal yn croesi llawer o sefydliadau a systemau, felly mae'n rhaid i'r bensaernïaeth gefnogi rhannu cofnodion, canlyniadau, ac atgyfeiriadau ar draws ffiniau.
- Mae'r ystad yn aml yn cynnwys systemau clinigol hirhoedlog, dyfeisiau meddygol, a chontractau cyflenwyr sy'n anodd eu newid, felly mae'n rhaid i fapiau ffordd gynllunio trawsnewidiadau'n ofalus.
- Mae penderfyniadau pensaernïaeth yn effeithio ar ddiogelwch cleifion, preifatrwydd, a gwydnwch gwasanaethau sy'n rhedeg drwy'r dydd a'r nos.
- Mae safonau agored fel HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, a phroffiliau IHE yn allweddol i osgoi cloi i mewn a galluogi rhyngweithredu.
- Mae cyllid yn gyfyngedig ac yn cael ei graffu'n fanwl, felly mae'n rhaid i benseiri ddangos gwerth am arian ac ailddefnyddio llwyfannau a rennir lle maent yn bodoli.
