Swyddog diogelu data
Mae'r swyddog diogelu data (DPO) yn monitro'n annibynnol a yw'r sefydliad yn cydymffurfio â chyfraith diogelu data, yn cynghori ar ei ddyletswyddau, a dyma'r pwynt cyswllt i'r rheoleiddiwr ac i bobl y mae'r sefydliad yn dal eu data. Mewn sefydliad gofal iechyd digidol, mae'r DPO yn rhoi cyngor arbenigol ar ddefnyddio data iechyd yn gyfreithlon, yn deg, ac yn dryloyw mewn cynhyrchion, dadansoddeg, ymchwil, a rhannu data.
Cyfieithwyd y testun hwn o'r Saesneg gan gynorthwyydd deallusrwydd artiffisial, ac nid yw siaradwr Cymraeg brodorol wedi'i adolygu eto. Mae'r derminoleg yn dilyn TermCymru, cronfa dermau Llywodraeth Cymru. Mae dyfyniadau o Fframwaith Gallu Proffesiwn Digidol a Data Llywodraeth y DU ac o ESCO yn aros yn Saesneg.

Mewn sefydliad gofal iechyd digidol
- Mae cyfraith diogelu data'n rhoi safle annibynnol, gwarchodedig i'r DPO, gan adrodd i'r lefel uchaf o reolwyr, felly mae'n rhaid i'r rôl fod yn rhydd rhag gwrthdaro buddiannau.
- Mae cyfraith diogelu data'n rhoi diogelwch ychwanegol i ddata iechyd, ac mae llawer ohono hefyd yn ddarostyngedig i ddyletswydd cyfrinachedd, felly mae'r DPO yn cynghori ar y ddau.
- Mae prosesu data iechyd ar raddfa fawr, cysylltu data, a deallusrwydd artiffisial yn aml angen asesiadau o'r effaith ar ddiogelu data ac, weithiau, ymgynghoriad ymlaen llaw â'r rheoleiddiwr.
- Mae cleifion a'r cyhoedd yn disgwyl tryloywder, felly mae'r DPO yn helpu'r sefydliad i egluro'n glir sut mae'n defnyddio eu data.
Galwedigaethau a sgiliau ESCO
Mae ESCO yn rhestru'r sgiliau a'r wybodaeth y mae cyflogwyr fel arfer eu hangen (hanfodol) neu y gallai fod eu hangen (dewisol) ar gyfer pob galwedigaeth. Defnyddiwch nhw fel rhestr wirio ar gyfer sgyrsiau datblygu. Mae labeli ESCO yn Saesneg.
data protection officer
Data protection officers ensure that the processing of personal data in an organisation is compliant with data protection standards and with the obligations set out in the applicable legislation such as GDPR. They elaborate and implement the organisation policy related to data protection, are responsible for data protection impact assessments and handle complaints and requests from third parties and regulatory agencies. Data protection officers lead investigations into potential data breaches, conduct internal audits and act as point of contact within the organisation on any matters related to the processing of personal data. Data protection officers may develop training programmes and provide training to other employees on data protection procedures.
