Gwyddonydd data
Mae gwyddonwyr data'n defnyddio ystadegau, dysgu peirianyddol, a dulliau uwch eraill i ddod o hyd i batrymau mewn data iechyd a gofal ac i adeiladu modelau sy'n helpu gwasanaethau i gynllunio, rhagweld, a gwella gofal. Mae gwaith nodweddiadol yn cynnwys rhagweld galw, nodi cleifion a allai elwa o gymorth cynnar, a gwerthuso effaith newidiadau i wasanaethau. Maen nhw'n gweithio'n agos gyda chlinigwyr a dadansoddwyr, ac yn sicrhau bod modelau'n ddilys, yn deg, ac yn cael eu defnyddio'n ddiogel.

- Mae data iechyd yn adlewyrchu mynediad anghyfartal at ofal, felly gall modelau ailadrodd neu waethygu anghydraddoldebau iechyd oni bai bod tuedd yn cael ei mesur a mynd i'r afael â hi ar gyfer pob grŵp o gleifion.

Data science is a broad and fast-moving field spanning maths, statistics, software engineering and communications. Data scientists will often work as part of a multidisciplinary team, using data and analytics to inform and achieve organisational goals.
In this role, you will:

Data scientists find and interpret rich data sources, manage large amounts of data, merge data sources, ensure consistency of data-sets, and create visualisations to aid in understanding data. They build mathematical models using data, present and communicate data insights and findings to specialists and scientists in their team and if required, to a non-expert audience, and recommend ways to apply the data.
