Arbenigwr dysgu a datblygu
Mae arbenigwyr dysgu a datblygu'n helpu staff i ennill y sgiliau sydd eu hangen arnynt i ddarparu gofal diogel, modern, wedi'i alluogi'n ddigidol. Maen nhw'n dadansoddi anghenion dysgu, yn dylunio ac yn cyflwyno dysgu wyneb yn wyneb ac ar-lein, yn rhedeg y system rheoli dysgu, ac yn adeiladu llwybrau gyrfa. Mewn sefydliad gofal iechyd digidol mae rhan fawr o'u gwaith yn ymwneud â datblygu sgiliau digidol, data, a thechnoleg, ar gyfer arbenigwyr ac ar gyfer y gweithlu cyfan.

- Mae angen hyfforddiant ar staff clinigol a gofal ar systemau clinigol newydd cyn mynd yn fyw, yn aml ar draws sifftiau a safleoedd, felly caiff dysgu ei gynllunio o amgylch gwasanaethau sy'n rhedeg 24/7.
- Mae rhywfaint o hyfforddiant yn orfodol, fel llywodraethiant gwybodaeth, ymwybyddiaeth o seiberddiogelwch, a diogelu, ac adroddir ar gydymffurfio i'r bwrdd.
- Mae datblygu sgiliau digidol prin o'r tu mewn, drwy brentisiaethau, ailsgilio, a llwybrau gyrfa, yn aml yn gyflymach ac yn rhatach na'u recriwtio.
