• work with clinical reviewers to check content is accurate without losing clarity
• explain medical terms in plain English and use consistent names for conditions, tests, and treatments

3. Practitioner

You can:

• design content for sensitive and high-risk topics, such as urgent symptoms, medicines, and end of life care
• set up clinical assurance, review dates, and evidence sources for a body of health content
• balance clinical precision, legal requirements, and user understanding in contested content

4. Expert

You can:

• set the organisation's standards for health information content and its clinical assurance
• lead content strategy for health information across services and channels
• advise senior clinical and communications leaders on health information risks
