Dylunydd gwasanaethau
Mae dylunwyr gwasanaethau'n dylunio gwasanaethau iechyd a gofal o'r dechrau i'r diwedd, o'r eiliad y mae rhywun angen help gyntaf i ddiwedd eu gofal, ar draws sianeli digidol, ffôn, papur, ac wyneb yn wyneb. Maen nhw'n gweithio gyda chleifion, gofalwyr, clinigwyr, a staff gofal i fapio sut mae gwasanaethau'n gweithio go iawn, dod o hyd i ble maen nhw'n methu pobl, a dylunio gwasanaethau sy'n ddiogel, yn syml, ac yn deg, ac sy'n gweithio ar draws ffiniau sefydliadol.

- Mae llwybrau gofal yn croesi llawer o sefydliadau a phroffesiynau, felly mae dylunwyr gwasanaethau'n mapio teithiau cyfan, gan gynnwys trosglwyddiadau, cyfnodau aros, a'r gwaith y mae cleifion a gofalwyr yn ei wneud i ddal gofal at ei gilydd.
- Gall newidiadau i sut mae gwasanaeth yn gweithio greu risgiau clinigol newydd, felly mae dylunwyr gwasanaethau'n gweithio gyda swyddogion diogelwch clinigol i adnabod peryglon mewn modelau gwasanaeth newydd cyn iddynt fynd yn fyw.

Service designers design the end-to-end journey of a service. This helps a user complete their goal and government deliver a policy intent. In this role, your work may involve the creation of, or change to, transactions, products and content across both digital and offline channels provided by different parts of government.

user experience analyst
User experience analysts assess client interaction and experience and analyse users' behaviours, attitudes, and emotions about the usage of a particular product, system or service. They make proposals for the improvement of the interface and usability of products, systems or services. In doing so, they take into consideration the practical, experiential, affective, meaningful and valuable aspects of human–computer interaction and product ownership, as well as the person's perceptions of system aspects such as utility, ease of use and efficiency, and user experience dynamics.
