Partner busnes adnoddau dynol
Mae partneriaid busnes adnoddau dynol yn gweithio ochr yn ochr ag arweinwyr cyfarwyddiaethau i sicrhau bod gan y sefydliad y bobl, y sgiliau, y strwythurau, a'r diwylliant sydd eu hangen arno i ddarparu ei wasanaethau. Maen nhw'n troi'r strategaeth pobl yn gynlluniau ar gyfer pob cyfarwyddiaeth, yn arwain newid sefydliadol, ac yn rhoi uwch gyngor ar y materion pobl mwyaf cymhleth. Mewn sefydliad gofal iechyd digidol mae llawer o hyn yn ymwneud â meithrin a chadw gallu digidol, data, a thechnoleg.

Mewn sefydliad gofal iechyd digidol
- Mae sgiliau digidol, data, a thechnoleg yn brin, felly mae partneriaid busnes yn arwain cynlluniau'r gweithlu sy'n cyfuno recriwtio, prentisiaethau, ailsgilio, a chadw staff, ac yn defnyddio fframweithiau sgiliau fel y cyfeirlyfr hwn ar gyfer dadansoddi bylchau.
- Mae llawer o wasanaethau'n rhedeg 24/7, felly mae angen ymgynghoriad gofalus a sylw i lesiant staff a staffio diogel ar newidiadau i rotâu, ar alwad, a modelau gwasanaeth.
- Mae rolau digidol yn aml yn newydd neu'n newid yn gyflym, felly mae partneriaid busnes yn sicrhau bod swydd-ddisgrifiadau'n cael eu gwerthuso'n gyson a'u bandio'n deg yn erbyn rolau tebyg.
- Mae newid sefydliadol yn aml yn cynnwys staff clinigol a gofal yn ogystal â thimau digidol, felly mae partneriaid busnes yn gweithio gydag arweinwyr clinigol a chynrychiolwyr staff.
- Gall risgiau pobl, fel dibynnu ar gontractwyr neu nifer bach o arbenigwyr, droi'n risgiau i wasanaethau i gleifion.
