• work across the business and with other professions to define and guide adoption and business readiness activities

You can:

• influence strategic decisions by challenging whether proposed change is likely to deliver real and evidenced value
• work with the business and other professions to influence approaches for change adoption, business readiness and benefits management
• position business analysis as a discipline that improves business readiness, adoption and outcomes
