Levels

1. Awareness

You can:

• use the finance system for your own tasks, following procedures
• run standard reports and export data to a spreadsheet

2. Working

You can:

• use spreadsheets well, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
• maintain finance system data, such as cost centers, suppliers, and approvers
• report and help fix system problems

3. Practitioner

You can:

• administer the finance or payroll system, including access, workflows, and reporting
• design reports and dashboards for budget holders
• test system changes and upgrades
• automate repetitive finance tasks

4. Expert

You can:

• own the finance systems strategy and roadmap
• lead the procurement and implementation of finance or payroll systems
• make sure financial data is integrated with workforce, procurement, and performance data
