Cán bộ bảo vệ dữ liệu
Cán bộ bảo vệ dữ liệu (DPO) giám sát độc lập việc tuân thủ luật bảo vệ dữ liệu của tổ chức, tư vấn về các nghĩa vụ của tổ chức và là đầu mối liên hệ với cơ quan quản lý và những người có dữ liệu do tổ chức nắm giữ. Trong một tổ chức chăm sóc sức khỏe số, DPO đưa ra tư vấn chuyên môn về việc sử dụng dữ liệu y tế một cách hợp pháp, công bằng và minh bạch trong sản phẩm, phân tích, nghiên cứu và chia sẻ dữ liệu.

Trong một tổ chức chăm sóc sức khỏe số
- Luật bảo vệ dữ liệu trao cho DPO một vị trí được bảo vệ, độc lập, báo cáo lên cấp quản lý cao nhất, nên vai trò này phải không có xung đột lợi ích.

Data protection officers lead investigations into potential data breaches, conduct internal audits and act as point of contact within the organisation on any matters related to the processing of personal data. Data protection officers may develop training programmes and provide training to other employees on data protection procedures.
