2. Working: You can:

keep the policy register up to date and remind owners about reviews
check that policies use the right template and approval route
3. Practitioner: You can:

draft and review policies with subject experts
check policies against law, standards, and equality duties
monitor compliance and report gaps
4. Expert: You can:

set the policy framework for the organisation
advise the board on policy priorities and risks
