Rheolwr prosiect
Mae rheolwyr prosiect yn cynllunio ac yn cyflawni prosiectau sy'n newid sut mae'r sefydliad yn cefnogi iechyd a gofal, fel cyflwyno system glinigol i safleoedd newydd, symud gwasanaethau i seilwaith newydd, neu gyflwyno offer digidol newydd i staff gofal. Maen nhw'n rheoli cwmpas, amser, cost, ansawdd, a risg, gan ddefnyddio dulliau prosiect cydnabyddedig, ac yn sicrhau bod prosiectau'n cyflawni'r buddion a addawyd i gleifion a staff.

- Mae angen sicrwydd diogelwch clinigol ar brosiectau sy'n newid systemau neu lifoedd gwaith clinigol cyn mynd yn fyw, felly mae rheolwyr prosiect yn cynllunio gweithdai peryglon, llofnodi achosion diogelwch, a mewnbwn y swyddog diogelwch clinigol yn yr amserlen.
- Rhaid i fynd yn fyw beidio ag amharu ar ofal cleifion, felly mae rheolwyr prosiect yn cynllunio newid drosodd, trefniadau parhad busnes, a chymorth ar y llawr gyda thimau clinigol a gweithredol.
